Our pre-departure orientation helps candidates understand what they can expect before leaving Nepal and starting their new chapter in Japan. The orientation covers practical information related to living and working in Japan, including workplace expectations, communication, Japanese culture, daily routines, responsibilities, and important considerations for adapting to a new environment. Candidates are also given an opportunity to understand the importance of professional behavior, punctuality, workplace communication, and respecting local rules and customs. This preparation can help reduce uncertainty and give candidates a clearer idea of what life after arrival may look like. Our goal is to help candidates leave with the practical knowledge and awareness they need to begin their journey responsibly and with greater confidence.
